The Beyond Betrayal Results Program

This program is designed for people who are tired of understanding the problem but still finding themselves pulled back into the same thoughts, reactions, questions, or decisions.I don’t put every client through the same process. We get clear on what you actually want to change, figure out what is keeping that change from happening, and focus our work there.What makes this different from traditional coaching or therapy?
This is not a pay-per-session model. Before we begin, we identify specific outcomes together. Those might include being able to think about what happened without immediately spiraling, trusting yourself to hold a boundary, feeling settled in a decision, being present with your family again, or no longer needing to keep searching for one more piece of information before you can feel okay. If we both think it's a good fit, I’ll work with you for as many sessions as it takes to help you get there. Most clients experience meaningful shifts quickly, but the focus is not on rushing you. The focus is on actually helping you move forward.What happens during a session?
That depends on what is keeping you stuck. Two people can both say, “I can’t trust anymore,” and mean completely different things. One may still be ignoring behavior that needs a boundary. Another may see consistent change but still feel their body brace for the next discovery. Someone else may trust their partner more than they trust themselves to recognize a problem and act on it. Those are different problems, so I wouldn’t work with them in exactly the same way. Sessions may involve conversation, hypnosis, working with emotional reactions or beliefs, examining recurring patterns, clarifying boundaries, or helping you reach a decision that has felt impossible to settle. You do not need to figure out which technique you need before we begin. That is part of my job.How much does the Results Program cost?
The Beyond Betrayal Results Program is $1700. That price is for the results-based process rather than for individual sessions. We begin with two focused breakthrough sessions and continue working on the original agreed outcomes when additional work is genuinely needed. Payment plans are available, including four monthly payments of $425.How do I know if I'm a good fit for the Results Program?
The easiest way to find out is to book a free consultation. You do not need to have everything figured out before the call. You may not know whether you want to stay in the relationship. You may understand exactly what happened but have no idea why it is still affecting you so strongly. We’ll talk about what has been happening, what you want to change, and what seems to be getting in the way. I’ll explain how I would approach the situation, and we can decide whether working together makes sense. There is no obligation to move forward.Do I need to know whether I’m staying or leaving my relationship?
No. In fact, sometimes reaching that decision is the work. We can work on the fear, confusion, pressure, attachment, self-doubt, or other factors making it difficult to know what you actually want. And if you have already decided to leave, or the relationship has already ended, we can focus entirely on what is still following you into the rest of your life. The goal is not to convince you to stay or to leave. It is to help you get to a place where you can trust the decision you make.Do you work with couples?
Yes, although most of my deeper work is done one-on-one. I generally recommend starting individually unless both partners already know they want to repair the relationship and are genuinely willing to participate in the process. If one person is reluctant, is being dragged into coaching, or either person is still unsure whether they want the relationship, individual work is usually the better starting point. When couples work is appropriate, the price is double the individual rate.Do you work with the person who was unfaithful?
Yes. I also work with people who were the one who betrayed the relationship and genuinely want to understand and change their own patterns. That might include understanding why they compartmentalized, why they lied even when honesty mattered to them, why they repeatedly crossed their own boundaries, or how to become more consistent with the person they actually want to be. The work has to focus on what you can change. I cannot make another person forgive you, trust you again, or stay in the relationship.Is the work always hypnosis?
No. I am trained extensively in Advanced Conversational Hypnosis, and hypnosis can be extremely useful, but I do not force every client through the same technique. Sometimes hypnosis is appropriate. Sometimes the important work happens through conversation, emotional processing, examining a belief or pattern, making a distinction you had not made before, or becoming clear about a decision or boundary.
The method follows the problem rather than the other way around.What training do you have?
My training includes Robbins-Madanes life coaching, Practitioner training in Advanced Conversational Hypnosis, and certification as a Trainer in Advanced Conversational Hypnosis. My approach is highly individualized. I am less interested in giving you a long list of strategies to consciously manage the same problem forever and more interested in understanding why the problem continues to have such a strong hold on you in the first place. Your private sessions and personal information are treated as confidential. I do not share details about your work publicly without your permission. Testimonials are only used with explicit client consent. There are limited exceptions where disclosure may be legally required, such as circumstances involving imminent danger or abuse of a minor or vulnerable person.Do you work with LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, or nontraditional relationships? Yes. I fully respect and affirm LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and other consensual nontraditional relationships. Betrayal, broken agreements, loss of trust, attachment, grief, jealousy, and relationship pain can happen within many different relationship structures. You do not need to justify the structure of your relationship in order to work with me.Is this therapy?

Last updated: October 4th, 2026Terms of Service, Privacy & Program PoliciesThese Terms of Service, Privacy & Program Policies (“Terms”) govern services provided by JJA Consulting LLC and Jordan Apodaca (“Practitioner,” “Jordan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including private coaching and hypnosis services, the Beyond Betrayal Community, educational materials, live calls, and related digital services.
For private Results Program clients who sign a separate Coaching Services Agreement, that signed agreement controls if a provision conflicts with these website Terms.
For memberships purchased through Skool, Skool's own Terms, Transaction Terms, Privacy Policy, and platform rules also apply. Skool's terms control matters governed specifically by its platform or payment transaction where they conflict with these Terms.1. Nature of Services
Services provided by JJA Consulting LLC are educational, coaching, hypnosis, and personal-development services.
Jordan Apodaca is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or other medical provider. Services are not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or medical condition.
Participation is voluntary. Clients and members remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, physical well-being, emotional well-being, relationships, and use of information provided through the services.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, imminent danger, abuse requiring emergency intervention, or another crisis, these services are not appropriate crisis support. Contact 988, local emergency services, or an appropriate licensed professional.
All private clients and Community members must be at least 18 years old.2. Private Results-Based Work
Private coaching is conducted using a results-based rather than time-based model.
At the beginning of a private engagement, Practitioner and Client identify the specific problems, changes, or outcomes the work is intended to address. These agreed outcomes are recorded in the Client's Coaching Services Agreement.
Private work is not structured around standing weekly appointments, routine check-ins, or appointments scheduled simply because another week has passed.
The Results Program begins with at least two private breakthrough sessions unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing. Additional private work on the original agreed outcomes may be provided when Practitioner determines that further focused work is appropriate.
The timing, length, methods, and spacing of appointments are determined according to the work being addressed. Integration periods of several weeks may be recommended between sessions.3. Results Guarantee
The phrase Results Guarantee describes JJA Consulting LLC's commitment to continue appropriate private work on the Client's original agreed outcomes without charging an additional session fee when the conditions of the guarantee remain satisfied.
The Results Guarantee is not a warranty or promise that a particular psychological, emotional, relationship, financial, medical, or life outcome will occur.
Individual results and timelines vary.
The Results Guarantee applies only to the original problems and outcomes documented in the Client's agreement. New goals, newly arising problems, general relationship maintenance, or unrelated life challenges are outside its scope and may require a separate engagement or fee.
Eligibility for the Results Guarantee requires the Client to participate in good faith, attend scheduled appointments, follow reasonable session and integration guidance, communicate honestly about what remains unresolved, respect the Rules of Engagement, and allow the Practitioner to determine the appropriate timing and form of additional work.4. Follow-Up and Triage After Initial Sessions
After the initial private sessions, a Client who believes an original agreed outcome remains unresolved should contact [email protected] with a brief update explaining:
what has changed since the previous session, what still feels unresolved, and what the Client believes they need help with.
A request for another session does not automatically determine that another session is the appropriate next step.
Practitioner may recommend additional integration time, an exercise or resource, clarification, limited guidance by email, further information from the Client, or another private session.
Practitioner retains professional discretion regarding whether another session is appropriate, what should be addressed in that session, and when it should occur.
Email is not an unlimited coaching or messaging service and should not be used for ongoing daily updates, crisis support, or repeated “mini-sessions.”5. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
Private sessions are scheduled individually and are not automatically recurring.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours' notice unless Practitioner agrees otherwise.
A late cancellation or no-show may be treated as a completed appointment.
Repeated scheduling changes interfere with the results-based process. Three Client-initiated cancellations or reschedules may void the Results Guarantee at Practitioner's discretion, particularly where the pattern materially interferes with continuity of the work. Reasonable exceptions may be made for emergencies or circumstances outside the Client's control.6. Rules of Engagement
Private and group work may involve emotionally difficult subjects, including betrayal, sex, intimacy, conflict, trust, boundaries, and relationship decisions. Strong emotion and disagreement are not prohibited.
Participants are nevertheless expected to remain respectful and able to participate productively.
Threats, intimidation, personal attacks, sexually inappropriate behavior directed toward Practitioner or another participant, persistent shouting over others, repeated refusal to allow others to speak, abusive conduct, or continued refusal to follow reasonable redirection are not permitted.
If conduct makes productive work impossible, Practitioner may pause or end the session.
A private session ended under this section after reasonable efforts to redirect the interaction may be treated as a Client reschedule for purposes of the Results Guarantee.
In joint sessions, Practitioner does not serve as a judge, investigator, or enforcer for either partner. Practitioner may redirect the discussion, decline to facilitate interrogation or coercive exchanges, separate the work into individual sessions, or end joint work when doing so is necessary for productive coaching.7. Beyond Betrayal Community
The Beyond Betrayal Community is a recurring educational and group-support membership.
Membership may include educational resources, community discussion, answers to member questions, live calls, recorded replays, and other materials described on the current offer page.
Membership is separate from private Results Program work unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise.
Community membership does not create an entitlement to private coaching, individualized private sessions, private direct-message coaching, immediate responses, or crisis support.
The exact resources, call schedule, features, categories, and educational material within the Community may reasonably change over time as the Community develops.8. Community Billing and Cancellation
The price and billing interval for membership are those shown at checkout.
Paid memberships automatically renew for successive billing periods unless canceled.
For memberships processed by Skool, members can cancel through Skool according to Skool's cancellation process. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access generally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated after cancellation except where required by law, required by the applicable payment platform, or expressly approved by JJA Consulting LLC.
Members agree not to initiate chargebacks except where they genuinely dispute a transaction in good faith.9. Community Privacy and Member Conduct
The Community discusses sensitive personal and relationship topics. Members are responsible for deciding how much personal information they are comfortable sharing.
Members should avoid unnecessarily identifying third parties and are encouraged to use initials or general descriptions for partners, affair partners, employers, children, or other people discussed.
Members agree not to screenshot, record, reproduce, repost, quote, identify, or distribute another member's personal disclosures outside the Community without that member's permission.
Members may not harass, threaten, intimidate, solicit, spam, demean, sexually harass, or repeatedly contact another member after being asked to stop.
Members may not use information learned inside the Community to embarrass, expose, retaliate against, investigate, or interfere with another member outside the Community.
Although members are required to respect these rules, JJA Consulting LLC cannot guarantee that another member will comply. Community participation therefore does not carry the same confidentiality expectation as a private one-on-one session.
Do not post anything in the Community that you would be unwilling for another member to know.
Violations may result in deletion of content, restriction of participation, removal from the Community, or termination of membership.10. Community Calls and Recordings
Community calls may be recorded and made available to members as replays.
Members will be reminded when a call is being recorded. Participation in a hot seat or other interactive portion of a recorded call is voluntary.
A participant who does not want their contribution included in a member replay should not volunteer for a recorded hot seat or should notify Practitioner before participating.
Jordan may separately reuse or re-create his own educational teaching, explanations, questions, or feedback from Community calls for public educational or marketing content.
Publicly released material will not intentionally include a member's name, username, profile image, voice, direct quotation, or identifiable personal story without additional express permission.
Generalized or de-identified themes, questions, patterns, or outcomes may be discussed publicly when identifying details have been removed or materially altered.
Direct testimonials, screenshots, identifiable success stories, member images, member voices, or quotations will only be used publicly with appropriate permission.11. Private Appointment Confidentiality
Private one-on-one appointments are treated as confidential.
JJA Consulting LLC will not intentionally disclose the substance of private appointments or personally identifying client information without permission except where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
Electronic communication and third-party technology cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Private appointments will not be recorded without appropriate notice and consent.12. Intellectual Property
Educational materials, videos, audios, worksheets, written resources, methods, exercises, recordings, and other materials created by JJA Consulting LLC remain the intellectual property of JJA Consulting LLC unless otherwise stated.
Clients and members receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use those materials for their own personal development.
Materials may not be sold, republished, uploaded elsewhere, publicly distributed, recorded, reproduced, or commercially exploited without written permission.
Members retain ownership of content they personally create, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary to display and operate that content within the Community and the separate terms of the platform hosting the Community.13. Testimonials, Wins, and Educational Examples
Testimonials are used only with appropriate client or member permission.
JJA Consulting LLC may discuss generalized or de-identified themes, questions, learning points, and outcomes arising from its work when identifying details are removed or materially changed.
Nothing in this section authorizes the public use of a person's identifiable story, name, likeness, voice, screenshot, or direct quotation without appropriate permission.14. Payments and Refunds for Private Services
Fees for private work are those shown in the applicable signed agreement, invoice, or checkout page.
Payment plans represent a commitment to pay the full agreed purchase price rather than separate purchases of individual appointments.
Except where required by law or expressly approved in writing by JJA Consulting LLC, payments are final and non-refundable.
Clients should contact JJA Consulting LLC directly regarding legitimate billing questions or disputes.15. Third-Party Platforms and Data
JJA Consulting LLC uses third-party services to operate the business, which may include website hosting, analytics, scheduling, email marketing, automation, artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, payment processing, video conferencing, community hosting, and secure digital recordkeeping.
These tools may be used to assist with administrative work, organization, drafting, analysis, content development, and service delivery. When appropriate, JJA Consulting LLC takes reasonable steps to limit or remove identifying information before using third-party tools and does not intentionally use confidential client information for purposes unrelated to providing or improving its services.
Information submitted through these services may be processed by the applicable provider according to that provider's terms and privacy policies.
Website analytics may collect device, browser, referral, and usage information through cookies or similar technologies.
JJA Consulting LLC uses personal information for legitimate business purposes such as providing requested services, managing appointments and payments, communicating with clients and members, delivering educational materials, maintaining records, improving services, and complying with legal obligations.
JJA Consulting LLC does not sell client coaching records or private session content to advertisers.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, contractual, insurance, or recordkeeping purposes.

Services and educational materials are provided in good faith for coaching, educational, and personal-development purposes.
No particular result, relationship outcome, emotional state, reconciliation, separation, financial result, or timeline is promised.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJA Consulting LLC and Jordan Apodaca will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the services.
Any limitation of liability, waiver, indemnification, or similar provision contained in a signed Coaching Services Agreement also applies according to its terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.17. Termination
A participant may stop participating in private coaching at any time, subject to applicable payment obligations.
JJA Consulting LLC may pause or terminate private services or Community access for material violations of these Terms, abusive or unsafe behavior, nonpayment, repeated boundary violations, or circumstances in which continued participation is no longer appropriate.
Termination for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.18. Governing Law and Private Agreements
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, to the extent legally permitted.
Private coaching clients may also be subject to dispute-resolution provisions contained in their signed Coaching Services Agreement. Where a valid signed agreement contains a provision inconsistent with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls the private engagement.19. Changes to These Terms
JJA Consulting LLC may revise these public Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, Community

20. Acceptance
By scheduling a consultation, purchasing or using services, joining the Beyond Betrayal Community, or participating in an applicable program after being presented with these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the provisions applicable to that service.
Scheduling a consultation and submitting payment each constitute acceptance of these Terms, even if a separate Coaching Services Agreement has not yet been signed.
Private Results Program clients will additionally execute a separate Coaching Services Agreement before private services begin. If the signed Coaching Services Agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding the private engagement, the signed Agreement controls.JJA Consulting LLC
